YCTC Presents: Twinkling Lights & Rustic Nights
Join us for Twinkling Lights & Rustic Nights, an evening of great food, live music, and exciting auction packages—all in support of Yamhill Carlton Together Cares (YCTC)! This special event is more than just a night out; it’s an opportunity to invest in the future of our youth. Every ticket purchased and every auction bid placed directly supports YCTC’s mission to provide enriching programs for local children and teens. From youth sports and after-school programs to music education and summer camps, your participation helps us continue offering these vital opportunities while allowing us to expand and create even more experiences for our community’s young people.

The night kicks off with a warm welcome from the YCTC Board, followed by an opportunity to browse our silent auction, enjoy tasters from our local distilleries, and grab a drink before dinner. As you enjoy a delicious BBQ meal, Highwater Johnny will set the tone with live music. The evening continues with our live auction, featuring exclusive packages to bid on, and concludes with music, dancing, and celebration!

What You Can Expect For The Evening
HAPPY HOUR
As doors open at 5:30 PM, guests will be greeted by the YCTC board and welcomed into the silent auction area, where they can mingle, explore exclusive auction items, and enjoy a handcrafted cocktail from a featured local distillery. With a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, this happy hour-style reception offers the perfect opportunity to sip on a signature drink, connect with fellow guests, and set the stage for a memorable evening of food, music, and community.

As dinner service begins, guests will be treated to a delicious, flavorful BBQ feast, crafted to complement the strong, rich notes of our local distilleries. Following dinner, the live auction kicks off, featuring an exciting lineup of incredible packages for guests to bid on. MUSIC, DANCING, & RAFFLES
After the auction, the energy turns up as the live music kicks in, the dance floor opens, and the party continues with more drinks, laughter, and fun. Guests can hit the floor for some upbeat live music and line dancing, making for an unforgettable night of celebration. Adding to the excitement, we’ll also be featuring amazing His & Hers gun raffles, including a 9mm Springfield Armory Range Officer Target Pistol, giving attendees the chance to take home an incredible prize while supporting YCTC.
